Privacy Policy
LandSense Labs provides land intelligence through its platforms — LandSense Agent, Parcelrecon, and Nokware. This policy explains what we collect across those surfaces, how we use it, and the controls you have. We aim to keep this short, clear, and honest.
Our platforms
- LandSense Agent — on-page land intelligence and verification on landsense.co (email magic-link sign-in).
- Parcelrecon — deep land intelligence desk for prospecting and risk screening (currently available via waitlist).
- Nokware — digital workspace for land professionals (site-plan tools, document analysis, and related workflows).
Data we collect
- Account email — when you request a magic-link to use LandSense Agent chat.
- Location data — pins, Maps links, GhanaPost GPS codes, or coordinates you submit.
- Conversation content — messages you send and replies shown in your private chat history.
- Parcelrecon waitlist — name and phone number when you join the waitlist.
- Nokware account and workspace data — as collected when you use nokware.tools under its product flows.
- Technical metadata — timestamps, approximate request volume, and security logs needed to run the services.
How we use your data
- To generate land intelligence in response to your queries across LandSense Agent, Parcelrecon, and Nokware.
- To keep your conversations and workspace activity private to your signed-in account.
- To contact you about Parcelrecon waitlist access and platform updates.
- To monitor system performance, detect abuse, and maintain reliability.
Data sources
Insights produced by LandSense Labs platforms are derived from a combination of public datasets and open geospatial sources, third-party data and infrastructure providers, and internally derived signals built from the above. We operate in areas where structured records may be limited, and we combine multiple layers to produce a useful early view.
Data sharing
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share queries or location pins with advertisers or data brokers.
- Limited sharing occurs only with infrastructure providers — for example, cloud hosting and email delivery — strictly to operate the services.
- Waitlist joins are emailed to our team so we can follow up.
- We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the integrity of the platforms.
Data retention
We retain account, conversation, pin, workspace, and waitlist data for as long as needed to deliver the services, improve quality, and meet operational requirements. Data is not retained indefinitely, and we periodically review what we keep.
Your controls
- You may request deletion of your account data, conversations, workspace data, and waitlist entry. Some requests are handled manually.
- You can stop using a service at any point by signing out and ceasing to use that platform.

Security
We apply standard safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls on internal systems, and limited data exposure to staff and providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise that it is, but we treat your data with care.
Updates
We may update this policy as the products evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
